Shri Maharaj was building Shiva Srishti to strengthen the Hindu organization. To stop him, the opponents raised this as a tomb. Shree Maharaj was not swayed by such things, not left alone with so much opposition. Many well-motivated people from surrounding villages organized themselves in favor of Shree Maharaj. People from around a few villages formed an organization called the Injustice Prevention Action Committee came together on 4 th March 1983 and started efforts to stop the extensive vandalism happening in Dervan. On March 23, a large gathering was held at Kudap. Moreover, a legal battle started by filing a suit in the court. The pending case was decided in favor of the institute. The court testified that the shrine belonged to Dnyananth Maharaj and there was never a tomb.
As soon as the court’s decision was received, the tomb was taken over by building a stone wall within a day. On May 24, 1992, a large number of people who loved Hinduism gathered there. A solid stone wall six feet high and five hundred feet long was erected in a day. All this work was done laboriously and non-stop. It was everyone’s dream, a column was raised and a slab on top. On June 4, 1992, the statue of Shree Dnyananath Maharaj was consecrated there. Shree Maharaja had a strong desire that Shree Dnyananath Maharaj’s statue should be installed there, and so Shree Kaka made it happen in a very planned manner.
A key highlight of the temples is that Akhand Naamsmaran has been observed since 1974.
