We emphasize the preservation and propagation of Vedic knowledge, offering courses or training in Sanskrit, rituals, mantras, and philosophies from classical Indian texts.
The Shree Sadguru Vasudevanant Saraswatee Vedpathshala in Pune is famous all over the country for its Vedic studies conducted there in the Gurukul style. Benefiting from the disciplined atmosphere of the samadhee mandir (shrine), not only teaching of the Vedas conveyed here, but the Vedic Brahmin is made to stand as a role model before the society.
The children are selected and admitted to the five-year Smaart (स्मार्त) Yadnya course, with all responsibilities taken on by the institution. Vedpathshala includes lectures, discussions, and teachings by experts in Vedic traditions and also engages in community-based activities like spiritual practices, yadnyas (rituals), and other religious events.
