Mental and physical strength is necessary to face the challenges in today’s competitive world for the younger generation. A sport teaches the importance of overcoming failures without getting disheartened, the importance of discipline, hard-work and fair-play. It helps keep the body and mind healthy and also allows one to become strong enough (mentally and physically) to adopt patriotic values. With this objective in mind the S.V.J.C. Trust accomplished yet another vision - construction of a massive Sports Complex. This Sports Complex spread over 18-acres of land incorporates 20 different sports.

SVJCT hosts a major Sports event, Dervan Youth Games (DYG) each year which provides a competent platform for players and athletes from all over the state including rural areas with the state of the art facilities at SVJCT Sports Complex. DYG 2023 witnessed an individual headcount of 3740 with the massive participation count of 5436
